NUIG Karate Club first trip away...!!!

Our first trip away will take place on Saturday and Sunday 15th/16th of October.

We will be traveling with the GMIT Karate club to visit and attend a seminar with our sister Koryu Uchinadi Kenpo-jutsu club in Cork.

Seminar will be given by Ante Brännbacka KU Kyoshi.
Ante Brännbacka Kyoshi is a seasoned martial arts teacher, having studied shorinji-ryu karate with Yuji Matsuoi sensei for many years.
Brannbacka Kyoshi then travelled to Australia and completed a two year full time college program for martial arts instructors under the tutelage of Hanshi Patrick McCarthy 9th Dan.

Brännbacka Kyoshi has a master's degree in education and he is currently Koryu-uchinadi Kenpo-jutsu Chief Instructor in Finland. Video of Brannbacka Kyoshi below...


There will also an opportunity to view gradings/award presentations and meet Koryu Uchinadi practitioners from all over Ireland and Europe.

NUIG Karate Club training times are,Tuesday at 6, Wednesday at 6. All in Kingfisher. Contact Club for more information.
