This year and week saw the start of a specific ‘Strength and Conditioning for Karate’ class, which will run twice a week.
The inaugural class was a coaching class lead by a high performance athlete and Olympic Weightlifting Coach.
Again we had maximum attendance at this and the feedback has been 100% positive. Progress will be recorded and if there is significant interest we will extend this in 2017.
